Recurrent Training
RotorSky
RotorSky also offers the recurrent training required to maintain a pilot's license. This training refreshes theoretical knowledge and further improves a pilot's flying skills. We are happy to offer operator-specific recurrent training, including a license proficiency check and an operator proficiency check.
Goals
The training aims to consolidate and further develop the flying skills of helicopter pilots. RotorSky also places particular emphasis on tailoring a training program to each client's specific needs. The operator-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) are not only considered but actively implemented.

Basics
Worldwide, various aviation authorities have different standards regarding the training and testing requirements for helicopter pilots at regular intervals. RotorSky's standard training programs are based on EASA standards and can be adapted to meet local regulatory requirements as needed.
theory
During the training, selected chapters of the theoretical training for a flight instructor are reviewed. Depending on the operator's requirements, this can be supplemented with a final test.
This theoretical review can also be conducted using computer-based learning. RotorSky uses a high-quality educational product for this purpose, which is highly regarded by pilots.

Practice
During practical training, the highest priority is placed on the use of simulators. These allow for safe training in emergency situations, which can only be practiced to a very limited extent in real helicopters. Experienced pilots usually maintain a high standard in 'normal' flight exercises – emergency scenarios present a greater challenge, as they rarely occur in everyday work. The ability to handle emergency scenarios confidently is an essential component for maximizing flight safety.
