TR(H) S300 (H269)
Type Rating S300 (H269)
The S300 (Schweizer 300) is a versatile, robust, and forgiving helicopter whose three-blade rotor system makes it particularly well-suited for basic training. Initially developed as a two-seat training helicopter for the military, it met stringent requirements for reliability and survivability. Due to its standardized controls and systems, it is the preferred trainer, as the skills learned here can be easily transferred to larger helicopters.
